Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp at our official number or email us at contact@mommyandme.pk with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Sale / discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
• Hygiene products (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles).
• Gift cards and vouchers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be sent via Easypaisa or JazzCash.
